Fitness classes are currently conducted over Zoom, therefore will be at a reduced price.
Classes are at $9.00 per class or $75.00 for 10 classes. This rate may change in the future.
BOOTCAMPS - to come in about a month, outdoors at my location (Please inquire for address)

An exercise class using a Swiss/Stability ball, and mini resistance bands (or dumbbells)
Mostly steady-paced, nothing too intense, but you can always take it down a notch. Days and time slots are as follows:
Mondays 9 a.m. and noon
Thursday 9 a.m. and noon
Dumbbells are hard to come by, and you've outgrown the little 2 or 3 pound dumbbells, so what do you do? Join this class and see
for yourself just how much you can work your body with little resistance loop bands! Dates and times as follows:
Saturdays 8:15 a.m.
Don't get rid of the little dumbbells just yet. Really work up a sweat with this class, a full-body workout with low weights, but adding a few extra reps, and mix in a little cardio at the end of a set. A little core work at the end of the weight workout. Dates and times as follows:
Tuesday 7 am
Thursday 7 am
High Intensity, using different types of equipment
dumbbells, tire, and sledgehammer, slam balls, battle ropes, etc
To come in the warmer months, as this will be outdoors. The number of people per class will be limited.
