This intensive program isn't easy. It involves work, dedication, and a commitment to yourself. Here's what is included in our 4 month intensive and how we help you lose the weight.
This program doesn't work if you don't. You'll be meeting with Andrew twice per week to go through our fitness plan. Each session lasts 45 minutes where he will take you through a fitness session created for you, and teach you the skills to be confident with exercise to continue working our after the 4 months is completed!
Sessions are completed in person (for Toronto clients) or virtually via zoom for those who are committed to training but may be to far for in-person sessions to be an option.
You will meet with a dietitian 4x throughout this program. The dietitian ensures that you're fueling your body properly and are on the correct plan and path to help promote your weight loss journey. NOTHING is left up to chance in this program.
While all in-person sessions will include Andrew bringing all the equipment needed (dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, etc) - additional workouts will be provided for you to complete on your own. If additional equipment is recommended, they will be included free of charge.
Andrew is meticulous about using data and information to ensure you're going in the right direction. Andrew tracks every single rep, exercise, and movement you ever do during the next 6 months. This allows him to create the most efficient and effective plan possible for you.
